Apple Stores really hit it out of the park in terms of service, quality, and atmosphere.

That's just my opinion as a technologist.

Hewlett Packard is the largest technology companies in the world. It specializes in computer, software, network equipment and other services. With a large number of laptop computers, it is a major player in this market and has driven their sales. Hewlett Packard (HP) laptop display is equipped with different characteristics and are specialized for graphics.

HP significantly expanded its presence in laptop and desktop computer after it merged with Compaq in 2002. By HPHome & Home Office Store, they sold their laptops and other computers directly to consumers online and is often seen as a rival Dell. His computers ranges from low budget to high-end devices. By offering so many models, HP has a great influence on the computer market in recent years.

Using the latest technology, they are as reliable, cost effective and well used by most. Integrated with communication, e-mail and other programs, they are designed to work inand facilitate other tasks.

Like any low-end laptops from HP to do with the properties of the high-end models to take the not. However, they offer good value for their money. Your high-end models can compete with the best gaming computers. The most popular and commonly used models of HP notebooks are all equipped with some of the best image quality and clarity of the screen found on computers.

Compare HP and Dell laptops

On the plus side forThey have more HP than the models from Dell. In addition, they offer more cheap models for those who do not want to spend too much. But while their website is impressive, it does not provide the type of information, Dell can. Dell also offers far more customization options. It can be very cheap or expensive to build computers with Dell depending on which options they choose. While some get it so many ways confusing and annoying, many as the ability to exactly what they want and really their ownStyle into their computers.

For the more expensive models, gaming, find the most HP superior. Yet in the Customer Service Department, Dell usually offers a better experience.

Overall, there is no great difference between the two marks. For those satisfied with their current brand, it's probably best to stay with him unless they offer something they really want.

There are many online stores available, based on the sale and purchase of HP computers. With so manySpecifications and options, it is often a good idea to purchase a laptop online. This allows people to do more research, so they can best make the decision to buy that.

    Few things to try

Try entering safemode – usually tapping the f5 key when starting up – then select safemode –
if this works and you get a display – go into the device manager (press the windows icon button plus the pause break key – then select hardware > device manager)
click on the plus next to the display adaptors – highlight your display adaptor then right click on it and uninstall)
restart your conputer and see if this helps

if you enter safemode and the display switches off – try entering the bios – when you get the splash screen it should tell you which key to press (enter setup)
does your screen go blank in this – if so you have a hardware problem -

if you can check your setting within the bios – load the optimised defaults or defaults and try again

give this a go and good luck

PS – also try a ATX reset -
remove your battery and the power cable from your laptop
press and hold the power button in for about 30 seconds – this will remove any static build up on the MOBO
Power back on and see if this works

have you tried to plug a monitor into the back of the laptop to make sure the back light hasn’t gone bad?

  3. moonlightdancer_72 Says:

start the laptop without the battery. If this doesn’t work, i fear the internal power module is defective. This is mostly the reason if the monitor doesn’t switch on.

How old is the laptop? Based on my experience, notebooks/laptops start to have display problem as they ‘grow older’

Maybe the display cables are loosen or the LCD died. Try calling the BenQ support about this

I got my DELL computer from the bookstore at my university. As expected, it was extremely overpriced buying it from a retailer rather than directly from the company itself – even more so because it was a school bookstore as opposed to an electronics retail store. I should have been wary and suspected that there would be an abundance of marketing staff present to sway me. Evidently, this was a wise tactic on the store’s part because I left with a purchased DELL laptop. I was given a plethora of reasons for why purchasing the 14 inch DELL Latitude D630 laptop was absolutely crucial to my enrollment as a Business student at the university. With my parents several hours away, my dad was sold the minute the sales associate mentioned the benefits of the warranty – “even if it’s your fault, we will fix it for you or supply you with a new one”. Right off the bat, I was irritated that there was not a built in web camera. The dark gray color of the laptop did not make it
very aesthetically pleasing for my taste either. Within 3 months, I encountered problems with my laptop. I immediately brought it to the bookstore so the technicians could take care of it as promised. Little did I know, the bookstore technicians might as well be untrained store clerks. There job was only to determine where my laptop would be sent to. Furthermore, it would take a few days for my laptop to be picked up and sent to the service center where they would proceed to charge me a diagnostic. Frustrated and as poor as any average college student, I dejectedly walked back to my dorm in search of alternative solutions – I could not afford the time or money it would require. To make matters worse, although I was told that I would be given a temporary laptop if in any case my laptop was not working, the bookstore claimed to not have any available. I resorted to calling family and friends for assistance. Hours and hours were poured over attempts to diagnose and fix my laptop. I
concluded that purchasing the laptop through the bookstore was not only futile but counterproductive – I had to deal directly with DELL in the end. I spent endless hours and days speaking with DELL representatives. While every representative was very nice, they were not very helpful at all. I was guided through several long steps that resulted in no progress. After 3 months of this, I was deduced that I needed DELL to send a technician to take a look at my laptop to figure it out since attempting to fix the problem(s) via phone was not doing anything. Every representative I spoke to was determined that the problem could be fixed without having to send anyone – even with my detailed history in front of them. Finally, 6 months later, a technician was sent to take a look at my computer with the last three possible methods that could salvage my laptop. Fortunately, he was able to fix my computer. I believe that when I invest my money into any electronic device, especially one that I
have paid an exorbitant amount of money for, that I will receive the benefits that were advertised to me. Great customer service does not simply entail politeness and patience; it includes promptness and effectiveness as well. I paid almost $2,000 for my laptop – an amount that does not reflect the quality of the product. While my computer runs smoothly, there is nothing special about it. There is no web camera, the graphics are subpar, its appearance is not up to scale to contemporary standards, and it is prone to developing problems early on. When I bought this product, I bought the promises that were sold as well. I am disappointed to say that these promises were not kept and thus, DELL’s reputation as a reliable company – in service and product – has diminished in my opinion. The company has not only lost a customer but it’s credibility as well. Consumers have the power to advance the success of a company through viral marketing. Unfortunately for DELL, I have very few
positive things to say about the company and its products and services.
